4. Bookings are valid for 2 weeks from the time of repair.
5. You can drop your device into your selected store before your appointment start time if this is more convenient for you. Your repaired device will be available for collection at the end of your stated appointment time. But you can also collect after this time if more convenient for you.
6. Like any third party repairer, use of our repair service will void your manufacturer’s warranty.
7. We do not take responsibility for any damage where your Device has been repaired elsewhere prior to your repair at Mobile Store Online. If a problem becomes evident, once the device is opened, we will contact you immediately on call or email.
8. We make all the effort to deliver on the quoted turn-around time, but in some incidences, for reasons out of our control, this cannot always be guaranteed. Our quoted repair times start when the technician begins the repair.
1. Average repair time is 30 to 60 minutes.
2. Last booking starts at 4:30 and the store closes at 5:30.
3. Repair times may vary subject to the availability of parts available in-store at the time.
9. Booking price is subject to change without notice.
10. Booking can be cancelled without assigning any reason.
11. You may cancel your booking 24 hours prior to the start of scheduled booking time for a full refund.
12. You may change your booking time 24 hours prior to the start of scheduled booking time by calling the branch you have booked.
