Full Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Technicians to work in our Store. You will be responsible for the testing, diagnosis and repair of electronic devices.
You will be working in the repair center meeting level 1, level 2, and level 3 standards which includes replacement of components within smartphones, tablets, and wearables. The successful candidate must be a team player with a great eye for detail and the desire to meet high standards of work.
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform diagnostic and high-level repairs to devices above the standard required.
– Practice Electro Static Discharge awareness in order to prevent accidental damage to equipment
– Perform in-depth fault analysis and finding techniques.
– Perform component repair/replacement.
– Carry out soldering work where required.
– Achieve agreed targets as specified in order to meet the requirements of the business
– You will be working on an individual bench having the necessary equipment to fulfill the role, and have access to specialist equipment.
– You are required to work as a member of a team.
– You will be measured against the achievement of a high level of quality and targets.
Requirements:
– Experience in testing, diagnosing, and repairing.
– Must be able to read schematic diagrams.
– Practical shop experience is a must.
– Must be able to operate soldering and hot air equipment.
– Able to meet high standards of work.
– PC and Mac literate.
– Candidates with Level 3 experience will be preferred.
– Great team player.

9:30 to 6:00
